Every operator is assessed against eleven checks across four areas: licence verification, the payment cycle, the terms, and pricing. Four failures are disqualifying regardless of everything else. We fund accounts ourselves, and commission never affects a conclusion.
Most casino review sites describe their process in a paragraph of adjectives. This page is the actual checklist, in the order we apply it, with the thresholds we use.
If you think a threshold is wrong, you can say which one. That is the point of publishing it.
The four disqualifying failures
- A licence number that does not appear on the issuing regulator's public register.
- A withdrawal refused without a specific clause cited from the published terms.
- Repeated requests for identity documents already supplied and approved.
- Game RTP not disclosed anywhere inside the game client.
Checks 1–3: licence and company identity
- Locate the licence number and issuing authority in the footer.
- Open the regulator's site directly, never through a link on the casino.
- Search the public register for that number.
- Compare the licensed entity against the company named in the terms.
- Confirm the status is active rather than lapsed or surrendered.

Checks 9–10: pricing and game disclosure
- Convert both prices of a two-way market to implied probability.
- Add them; the excess over 100% is the margin.
- Repeat on a second market to confirm consistency.
- Open two slots and locate RTP in the information panel.
- Confirm crash titles expose provably fair verification.
Check 11: support, tested with a real question
- A question about a specific clause in the bonus terms.
- A question about verification requirements for a Bangladeshi player.
- Whether the answer addresses the question or deflects.
- Response time, and whether Bengali support exists.
How commission is handled
The separation is procedural rather than merely stated: assessments are written against the checklist above, and the checklist contains no commercial criterion.
